But those feelings of discomfort are exactly why prioritizing your well-being is so important during the summer months. Those that love it aren’t exempt either – too much fun in the sun might mean you’re slacking in the self-care department. How We’re Honing Our Mind-Body-Spirit Connection To Overcome Launching Jitters & Fear Of Failure
If there’s one dominant feeling in my mind right now, it’s amazement. I know I’ve said it before, but I still can’t believe that the H360 community, which has been 20 years in the making, is finally finding its permanent digital home [to learn more, read the official H360 story]. We’re also launching an original podcast in both English and French, so the pressure is on!
Staying on top of my emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental wellness has been of the utmost importance to me during this time. With ever-present launch deadlines on my mind, I know it is easy and even tempting to short-change the intentional effort required to attend to the needs of each aspect of my well-being.
My team and I aren’t just prioritizing our physical health. We’re also trying our best to keep our minds and spirits in check as we deal with all the wild emotions that come with a launch: nervousness, fear of failure, and the general stress of making sure we’ve crossed all our t’s and dotted all our i’s. Still, we can’t wait to share our stories with you in our upcoming podcasts and newsletters; we hope to see you there!
