Opening Note:
I’ve rewritten this first line too many times.
So I’ll start with this: thank you for being here while everything is still coming together.
These Letters began as a personal practice—a way to stay grounded and aligned while leading, creating, and building in a world that demands constant output.
If you’ve been adjusting how you work and live, choosing to value peace and creativity in equal measure, you’re already part of this circle.
Today’s Focus:
Presence over performance: creating and leading before you feel ready.
In This Letter:
-what I’m learning about pace and imperfection
-the moment in France that redefined presence for me
-the next hard thing I’m doing to practice it
-how you can name your own versio
Returning to Presence
Last summer, while recording in France, I started writing again.
Not songs or speeches—just notes about the pieces of life that usually go unnoticed: stillness, rest, small joy.
Then messages arrived:
Same. I’m ready for that too.
How do I begin again without burning out?
That’s when I realized this isn’t a private pursuit.
It’s something many of us are learning at the same time: how to keep achieving without abandoning ourselves.
That’s where this circle started.
Presence Over Perfection
This season, I’m practicing how to share work while I’m still figuring it out.
When I filmed Living With Presence — Radiance, Sanctuary & Belonging in France, I didn’t know what I was making. I only knew it mattered to record the feeling of being fully present again. Watch: Living With Presence — Radiance, Sanctuary & Belonging
That reflection became this week’s focus and opened the door to the next step: The Hustle Detox Podcast.
Both are built from the same truth: alignment isn’t the reward; it’s what makes the work possible.
Each pause before reacting, each choice for clarity over speed, rebuilds trust in yourself.
If that resonates, write it down.
Share your story here.
Your words help shape what this practice becomes.
The Next Hard Thing I’m Doing
I’m launching The Hustle Detox Podcast. The trailer is out now—unfiltered and real. It’s my way of continuing this lesson in public: creating from alignment instead of urgency.
That’s what presence looks like in motion.
Your Turn
Think of one moment this week when you stayed real instead of performing.
Maybe it was small. Maybe no one noticed.
That counts.
Write it down.
Share your story here.
That’s how this circle grows—through honesty, not polish.
Where We Go From Here
Each week, I’ll send one story, one reflection, and one practice I’m exploring through sound, song, or conversation.
Together, we’re proving that ambition and alignment can exist in the same breath.
Thank you for meeting me here.
With gratitude and movement,
Traciana
P.S.
I’m launching my Letters and building a community rooted in care and connection. If you’ve been enjoying this letter, I’d be deeply grateful if you’d share it with someone who might need it right now: a friend, colleague, or kindred spirit standing at their own beginning.
Just hit forward and invite them to join this growing circle of alignment and renewal.
