Opening Note
For me, food and home are not just a function. They are intentional slow living. My first lessons came in Newport News, where my grandmother made her kitchen a holy grail, every pot stirred with prayer, and every meal carried more than flavor. I found it again in the Dordogne’s stone kitchens scented with bread and herbs, and in Jamaican courtyards alive with laughter. These are the rituals, food, and environments that restore calm and energy when burnout leaves us empty.
Here at Happiness 360, Cuisine & Home is about intentional slow living. We’re producing:
- Shows: Hustle Detox editions on nourishment and belonging
- Postcards: One Sound On® micro-moments of food and ritual
- Practices for everyday sanctuary
- Works: One Sound On® Originals from raw sketches to fuller creations
