Official bios, speaker introduction, speaking, and media topics.
Traciana’s most frequently requested topics
These themes are explored through solo reflections, lived experience, and conversations with visionary leaders across disciplines.
Much of Traciana’s public thinking unfolds through Hustle Detox, where she shares field notes on Fearless Listening® and living and leading at scale. The podcast also reflects the kinds of conversations she is most often invited into, both on stage and in more intimate settings. Rather than fixed topics, her work returns to a set of recurring questions, including:
• How do we live and lead at scale without losing ourselves
• What discernment looks like in moments of change, power, or uncertainty
• The quiet recalibration of success beyond burnout and over-identification with work
• Listening as a practice for real connection, trust, and cultural fluency
• What visionary leaders are unlearning in order to lead differently
To experience Traciana’s voice, cadence, and perspective directly, Hustle Detox is the best place to begin.
