She developed Fearless Listening® as a methodology for this work, drawing from years of leading her own media teams and academic foundations at New York University, Georgetown University, and the Sorbonne. Traciana brings these insights to Fortune 500 companies, the NBA, the WNBA, and hundreds of higher education institutions across the United States. Her work resonates through national media, including The Huffington Post, which named her one of America’s Most Fearless Women.
As a recording artist, Traciana creates and performs original music internationally. She has shared stages and studios with Céline Dion, Andrew Lloyd Webber, and Grammy Award–winning Steel Pulse.
