Where are events and event series located?

All of our events are currently online only. After you sign up, you will be sent all the information you need to attend (time, platform, and any required materials). 


What do online events and event series look like?

All of our events and event series take place over video chat. Once you’ve signed up for your event, you’ll also be able to see an event overview, any additional articles or supporting information, and have access to a group discussion page. Each event will include a special intro and outro from Traciana, where she will go over the event curriculum in more detail. 

Note that the length and structure of any given events and book clubs will vary depending on the event’s content. Please check the event description for more details. 


Are events and event series made for people with certain levels of knowledge or experience?

Anyone can join a H360 event/event series! We strive to honor everyone’s individual journey, which is why we offer events for different knowledge and experience levels. Please check the event description to find out if it will be right for you, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re still not sure.


What makes Happiness 360 events and event series unique?

Our H360 events and event series are designed to tie into our Fearless Listening Ethos so that we can meet you where you’re at and you can grow.

Will I need any special equipment to take part in the event or event series? 

Usually, all you’ll need is a working computer or laptop with a steady Wi-Fi connection and an updated internet browser! We use Zoom for video chats, so you may need to sign up for an account if you don’t have one already. 

Certain events may require topic-specific equipment such as a yoga mat or cooking utensils. Everything you need will be provided in the course outline.

For book clubs, you may need to purchase the book of choice (if you don’t have it already), but the cost will be detracted from the overall cost of the event. 


What’s the difference between rituals and events? 

We understand that everyone’s needs and lifestyles are different, which is why we offer a few different learning and self-growth formats.

A ritual is an introductory course that you can follow at your own pace, available in 7-day or 30-day formats. Alongside the actual course material, you’ll be provided with powerful daily micro-activities that can be completed within just a few minutes. 

An event is an interactive experience where you can learn about your topic of choice with a community of like-minded people. Depending on the topic, events may involve assignments or activities outside of the designated event time. 

An event series features a curated number of events that build on each other.   


How do I enroll in an event or event series?

You can sign up for an event on the event page. You will be led to a signup form where you can prepay for the event – this will help us determine the number of attendees interested in the event, which will get the ball rolling faster.

How do you select the event offerings?

All of our events are designed to support and enhance your holistic wellness journey while featuring the unspoken yet necessary conversations you need to evolve. 

We believe that there are many ways to do so, which is why we offer a diverse range of topics from cooking and reading to yoga and dance. All of our events are designed to help you build healthy, engaging, and doable habits that help you unlock your potential. 


Already signed up for an event or event series?


What if I can’t attend a part of the event series?

If you’re not available for one part of the event series, please let us know as soon as you can. 


Will anyone else be able to access my H360 account information?

We take your privacy very seriously, which is why only your name will be shared during the event. Private information and contact details will never be shared without your consent. 


I won’t be able to finish the event series I signed up for. What are my options?

If you won’t be able to finish your event series for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we can figure out a solution.  


Will events or event series ever be canceled or rescheduled? If yes, what happens?

Since we work with a diverse group of speakers with various other commitments, event cancellations or postponements are possible. We try to avoid this as much as possible by providing substitute guests and experts who can present at the original event time. In some cases, events may need to be rescheduled. We are able to offer refunds if you are not able to attend the new event time. 


Can I become a Happiness 360 Featured Spotlight Expert or Guest? 


Although we work with curated guests and experts in our network, we have open calls for new speakers a few times a year. Look out for announcements on our social media channels and our newsletter.
