About Traciana
Widely regarded as a singular global vocalist and storyteller, Traciana Graves is an internationally acclaimed singer, songwriter, and producer whose work defies categorization. From the beginning of her career, she has approached music not only as recorded sound, but as a living practice—one that moves across voice, language, listening, and form.
Raised between cultures, she sings and writes in French, Sanskrit, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, and English, using language as a core element of meaning rather than ornament. Her work is anchored in voice and narrative, with songwriting that expands across mediums while remaining rooted in music.
Independence & One Sound On®
In 2003, Traciana rejected the traditional record label system and founded her own imprint, originally called Emancipation Entertainment. Established during a period of seismic change in the music industry, the label emerged from the conviction that artists could take responsibility not only for their work, but for how it is released, sustained, and lived with over time.
That founding vision became One Sound On®, a record label built around artistic sovereignty and long-term listening. The imprint supports albums, short-form works, and evolving collections designed to unfold over time rather than disappear on arrival.
Performances & Collaborations
Traciana has performed and toured internationally with her own original projects, with her voice featured across Europe and Africa, in stadiums and concert halls, and at Madison Square Garden in New York City. In addition to her solo work, she has lent her vocals to major tours and projects with Céline Dion, Andrew Lloyd Webber, and Grammy Award–winning Steel Pulse, alongside decades of independent performance.

Traciana’s songs are narrative-driven and multilingual, often moving between languages within a single piece. Her writing is precise and text-forward, shaped by cadence, silence, and vocal authority. Releases arrive as complete arcs—some arriving whole, others unfolding gradually—inviting return rather than resolution.
She is actively recording and releasing new work through One Sound On®, including a double album recorded in English and French, alongside ongoing post-Farskin collections that expand her catalog through evolving listening states, short-form releases, and curated sequences. These releases are accompanied by written field notes that document the work over time.
